  • The duration of the classes is 50-minutes

Types of Classes

  • Development – learning new pole moves or working on techniques of existing ones
  • Pole Flow – working on putting moves together so they flow
  • Flexi – working on flexibility and toning with body weight movements off the pole
  • Activator class – working to activate the muscles needed for pole moves using body weight exercises and on the pole moves
  • Luck Draw – a fun class where we pick what class to do out of a lucky packet
